Sony Ericsson have steadily been building a reputation for producing stylish mobile phones operating on the ever popular Android platform.  Their current range of handsets includes three key models,A Look At The New Xperia Line Up Including The Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro  Articles the Xperia Mini, the Xperia Mini Pro and the Xperia Arc S.  As their name suggests two of these models are compact smartphones and the Arc S is the firms flagship model.  Lets take a look at these three impressive handsets.The Xperia Mini is a model with small physical dimensions but one that offers a great smartphone experience.  Measuring 88 x 52 x 16mm the device is small enough to comfortably slip into a pocket or a small bag which is in stark contrast to many of the larger devices that are currently flooding the market.  The Mini is a stylish looking phone that boasts some neat metallic touches that give the model a real premium look.  The handset incorporates a 3 inch display which is larger than its predecessor and enables users to easily view web pages and images.  Beneath the screen there is a large physical Home button which will return you to the main screen.  Inside the device you will find a speedy 1Ghz processor which is ample for such a small phone and all manner of operations are performed at a very quick pace.  Despite its small frame the phone packs some multi media features that many larger models would be proud of.  The in built camera can capture images at a resolution of 5 million pixels and HD video capture is also facilitated at a resolution of 720P.The Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro takes the compact phone a step further by adding a slider design Qwerty keypad.  Thanks to this the model is likely to be favoured by a younger audience who like to use social networking features or by the more business orientated users who spend a large proportion ogf their time creating text documents such as e mails.  Because of this physical keypad the phone measures slightly larger than the Xperia Mini at 92 x 53 x 18mm.  The same 3 inch display is used which offers a resolution of 320 x 480 which equates to a pixels per inch rating of 191.  This screen produces a wonderfully vivid image thanks to the 16 million colours it can display.The Xperia Arc S is the top model in the Sony Ericsson range and combines great screen technology together with some impressive specification.  A huge 4.2 inch screen is fitted which displays an extremely high resolution of 480 x 854 pixels.  Despite measuring much more than the mini models in the width and height department this handset is actually the slimmest of the three.  At just 8.7mm in depth it is one of the thinnest smartphones currently available.  The camera facility in this model is great and records 8.1 mega pixel still shots and 720P video recordings.  A large amount of internal storage is offered at 1GB but the phone also features a micro SD card slot that enables you to increase this capacity by a further 32GB.These three models help keep Sony Ericsson as one of the leading players in the smartphone industry.  The Xperia Mini and Mini Pro offer great compact design whilst not sacrificing features whilst the Arc S gives a complete smartphone experience.The compact Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro and Xperia Mini are available now.  The new Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S is now also available.
