The Panasonic TDA30 is an affordable but extremely flexible and robust phone system. Designed as an entry level system for small business, it can also be used by larger organisations for their smaller remote satellite sites. The TDA30 can easily interconnect with other Panasonic systems across a VPN or even other brands of phone systems via SIP trunks or H.323 gateway. This does not require the use of third party hardware, rather it uses proven Panasonic hardware. The TDA30 is recommended for businesses with up to 8 lines and 12 extensions. Any more than this and the next system up - the NCP1000 becomes more economical. In Australia a rough price guide for this phone system is between $2500 and $5000AUD.
The Panasonic NCP1000 is a midsized office phone system suitable for a business with 12 - 32 employees. The NCP1000 can be configured as full IP phone system or it can be configured as a traditional PABX depending on the requirements of the end user. The NCP1000 is designed to be rack mounted and uses a modular design which makes expanding the phone system easy. The NCP1000 also comes with 5 basic licenses for Panasonics Communication Assistant software which allows click to dial from the PC and outlook/CRM integration. When coupled the Panasonic's TVM50 voice mail, using communication assistant also allows you to record your conversations at the click of a button. When you finish the call you receive an email with your message in wav format.
The Panasonic TDE200 has the same features as the NCP1000 but is suited to larger offices where more capacity is required. The TDE200 phone system is recommended for up to 60 ISDN lines or 32 PSTN lines and up to 80 extensions. While the system can support more, to allow for expansion it would be better to purchase the TDE600 if you are close to or exceeding these limits.
The Panasonic TDE600 is Panasonics largest phone system. It combines the advanced features of a modern phone system with the capacity of a traditional PABX system. The features for this phone system are the same as the TDE200 just with a larger capacity.
