Most people don't really consider this as an option but it is also important to not feel deprived so be sure to include some treats for yourself. Dieting can be much easier if you allow yourself some of the foods you love. Just make sure that you count calories and proportion food items according to serving sizes. Read more labels and find out what you are eating and leave out those items that you don't really need cutting back on items like bread and watching what beverages you consume can actually knock off many of the calories without having to give up the foods that you love to eat.
