Nutrition, Plan and Naturally Burn Fat
Fat loss is a tricky subject. People are always offering differing opinions on what is the best way to do it. I used to be a large size and am now a medium. I think I know a little bit about fat loss. You need to keep in mind some key points about losing fat.
These points are nutrition,
planning around your life, and training your body to naturally burn fat. When you’re done together, you’ll know enough about all these things to get yourself going.
Nutrition
Nutrition is very important when trying to lose fat. You always need to take in enough to power your muscles. And usually, that means eating plenty of fat content. The correlation between dietary fat and body fat is tenuous at best, and at worst, it is just a myth perpetuated by someone with an interest in keeping you on grains and off meats. Fat intake is required if you’re going to have proper hormone function. Any dietitian should be able to tell you that. I’m not saying to cut out carbs completely, but you definitely cannot cut out fat completely. It’s just not safe.
Plan for your life
This is very important when making any life changes. If you’re going on a diet, and you know you’re going to be too busy to prepare meals at a certain time of day, prepare in advance! You know you’re going to be busy, so you work around it. If you’re not prepared, you’re going to go off your diet. Some people recommend preparing a part of your meals for the busy time in advance. I’m going to recommend a step further then that. Try fully preparing your meals in advance. Get a slow-cooker, or a croc-pot, and make dinner for your busy night before you go to work, and let it cook all day. It tends to taste very good if it’s prepared properly like this, and there are literally thousands if not millions of recipes for the slow-cookers.
Train Body to Naturally Burn Fat
There are a couple of things you can do to help train your body to naturally burn more fat. I’m not going to mention weight training, because that one is just obvious. If you’re thinking of doing it, don’t let me stop you, it will help your body burn more fat at rest. However, I’m going to suggest some further changes. Cut wheat from your diet for a couple months, and you should see a drastic increase in the body’s ability to burn fat. One of the proteins in wheat actually causes the body to store more fat rather then burning it. I did this myself and saw some results from just this change around week two and three. You should also drink more water. The more water you drink, the easier your liver will find it to do its job, which is burning fat.
Fat loss isn’t actually all that difficult, as long as you just make a plan, and stick to it. Remember to get proper nutrition, plan for the tricky days, and train your body to naturally burn fat, and your plan will work, and usually relatively quickly. So go on out there and get to it!
