Every Thursday, I find myself captivated by the drama of the hit television show, 'The Apprentice.' While the show offers riveting entertainment, it also highlights a troubling issue: the tendency for women to tear each other down. Initially, the women on the show worked cohesively, but as time went on, they began to undermine each other, ultimately leaving two men to vie for the coveted position with Donald Trump. This pattern of "catfights" among women is not just confined to reality TV; it’s a reflection of a broader societal issue. So, how can we change this narrative and support each other through thick and thin?
