You basically run inside the ball to make it move and push with your hands to make it change direction. Although it sounds strange it is guaranteed to give you a good laugh (you must see how people fall around in the ball when it first starts to get moving) and is perfect for team building and getting everybody’s spirits up and cheerful again.
