One should do themselves a favor and acquire a comfortable bed if they don’t already own one.  We spend a third of our lives asleep.  Animals with small brains such as giraffes sleep for a total of forty-five minutes each day.  Their rest consists of a series of short naps that last rough five minutes each.  Human being’s have large brains that need to be rested and recharged for much longer.  Our large brains are the reason that we are able to fly higher, faster and further than any bird has ever attempted.
