The 5 Why’s: Use this when negative thoughts niggle at your mind:
Write down a problem you are currently struggling with. Then write ‘Why?’ and fill in the first answer that pops into your head without self monitoring. Again write ‘Why?’ and note the answer. Continue doing this until you have an answer that provides you with awareness about your situation. This is your limiting belief. (Developed by Japanese auto manufacturers).
Here is an example to help you:
After only 2 ‘Why’s” we have the following potential limiting belief: <P> “People do not want to pay well for my work”
Now do "The 4 Questions & Turnaround": This exercise is a powerful way to challenge this limiting way of thinking. Use the above example to guide yourself through this exercise. (Adapted by Martha Beck (my trainer) from Byron Katie's original).

Repeating this daily for one week using the same limiting belief will solidify the work. Remember:
