Gone the days when work place safety has no importance and the organization has no responsibility about the health of the employees. Earlier organizations did not care about the health and safety issues of the employees instead they give bribe with some amount to not complain this to anyone about this.
No importance was given to their health,
safety and other issues related to the workplace, even if any employee met with an accident no action is taken or any incentive is provided to that employee. It is the whole sole responsibility of every organization to take care of the employees working under them regarding their health issue, safety issue or anything.
Whenever any new employee joins the company he must be provided with the proper safety training to handle machines in a proper way in order to avoid any miss happen. Training should be provided to old employees too so that they also get expert in handling machines. Machines should be oiled and repaired from time to time for their smooth running. Every year many people killed at their workplace and thousands of them get injured due to lack of safety training. It is the key priority of every organization to provide 100% safety to their employees.
There are many companies today providing such programs to the employees to teach them how to take safety at the workplace and regarding rights of the employees provided to them by the organization. However main aim of the training is to made employee understand about what and how to do in order to avoid any mistake. Training should not be like classroom feeding but involves more practical knowledge as compared too theoretical.
Managers and supervisors must be responsible to provide and helping people in there way, they must consult employees for their reviews, look at the risk consideration factors to check where information or training has been identified as factors in controlling risks. Training programs should be scheduled on the monthly or weekly basis to avoid any kind of hazards and evaluated risks.
