Why certain birds remain as flightless while large number of birds fly and soar in the high sky? Every human being would have aspired to fly in the sky and wished to have wings as well at some point in time of their life. But in nature, why some chose to be different or became different due to evolution? Perhaps, some birds would have asked that why they should join the bandwagon of flying birds and be a part of the crowd, hence would have decided to remain on ground to prove to other animals that birds are everywhere as on land, in the air and in water.

Terrestrial adaptation has its own challenge & limitation, hence these birds learned to be the fast runners and aggressive fighters. To suite to the above life style, they also grew big in size. On the contrary, other flightless bird like Penguin chooses to be in a relatively the most inaccessible part of the world like Antarctica. To resist the extreme cold, the bird have adapted so well.
What the corporate people must learn from the above? One need to challenge even the most followed doctrine or dictum of the corporate. Only when one questions something that is so popular and widely followed as a ritual, further development would happen. Develop courage to question status quo. Contradictions should not be seen as act of indiscipline or in-subordination; it must be treated as a part of natural selection process, inevitable for the evolution of corporate. But, corporate people should not prefer to be as followers of the popular belief systems. Contradiction should not be just the purpose of contradicting some one or some issues, but it should be integrated with the development. When one disagree to something, they must bring all necessary adaptations within themselves to live with such disagreement for rest of their life like how ostrich and other flightless birds learn to live in terrestrial environment.
Let us assume that the present day flying birds only had questioned (presumably the flying birds have evolved from flightless birds) as to why it should remain flightless? They questioned & contradicted the then mode of life and thereby adapted to live differently as aerial birds.
The issue is not who contradicted whom, but the one who contradict have to show to the rest on how the differences can be made into existence. Corporate people should contradict but they also should show how these differences are viable, tenable, meaningful and possible for the corporate.
