What have been the most important events in your life? Ask yourself why they are important.Who did you become with them? What did you learn? Any other conclusions from them?
What a feeling to see a friend’s daughter have her first child!
It’s like your own child. The closeness a child is bringing just with its presence.
Then we get reminded off what life is all about. We wake up from a long sleep in the wound to wake up on the other side. To explore everything. All is new and fresh. Lean back and try to recall your first memory. Where were you? What colours appeared? Can you recall the senses, the smell, and a taste? Who where around you at that time? The questions can go on forever. Where are you now? One interesting thing to do is to draw a line on a paper. Mark the birth date and the present day, month and year. Now fill in the events that you can remember. Maybe start with big events first and then narrow them down to smaller events.
What have been the most important events in your life? Ask yourself why they are important.
Who did you become with them? What did you learn? Any other conclusions from them? I believe it’s good to have a break every now and then to do some reflections over time. Make a note of what you are grateful in life with. Are there any people in life you have forgotten about? See if you can find them today. Most likely you can, Google knows, you know.
Talk to them. Also talk to older relatives, if they are around. They love to tell stories, to connect with you like you love to connect with them. We are not human doings; we are human beings and human relations. There is nothing good by being by your self. To be strong when you are alone. We are always as strongest in a relationship. The best way to grow team up with a friend, a spouse or business network. Why do you think Face book, Twitter etc are developed? To be by our selves? No to connect with others. We are just so sophisticated now a day to say we need relationships so we do twitter instead. It’s the same but in different ways! It is the internet way. It is for all of us not only the youngsters. So go back to the child. To be where we started. Take a moment to do some reflections. Are there any people I need to make a contact to? Have I forgotten about someone? If I were about to leave this planet today, have I communicated with all I wanted to? What would I like to say to them? What would happen if I started to communicate more today? Would that encourage others to do the same? Most likely, don’t you think? What about if somebody from the past came up to you today and said; I love you! Just a thought. It started with a child now it’s all up to you. Be happy!
