Beware of the Browser Redirect Virus!

This is a kind of virus that’s redirecting you to a different webpage when you search online for something.  Say you were in Google, Yahoo or Bing doing some kind of search - everything looks normal when you are performing searches. You clicked on a link in the search engine, and instead of going where you wanted to go, you got routed to some other page. At first, you just figured out you must have clicked the wrong link or something. Here you hit the back button so you can go where you really wanted to go the first time. But when you don’t end up on the page you expected, it can drive you crazy! You wouldn’t even suspect that you have the Google redirect virus on your computer.
