In all app stores you would find user reviews that help you to know about the pros and cons of the apps and decide whether to download or not.

But there are some app developers and people marketing these apps who poses as consumers to post positive comments about their own products. But this is actually illegal.

Ways to restrict the usage of apps by kids and young children.

Several types of android and iOS applications may not be appropriate for your kids’ usage. So before you pass on the phone or the tablet to them you should be extra careful about the settings. Now-a-days there are several options in the phones and tablets that can restrict content which is not right for your kid’s age. You can block the download and the app use or purchase options with a password if required. Using the airplane mode, or deactivating the Wi-Fi and data services can help prevent miss use of the apps by your kids. You should try the apps yourself and after understanding the impacts it may have on your kids, you can talk to them about your rules for using those apps.
