During the selection process, the ISB YLP picks up some exceptionally talented undergraduates and facilitates mentorship by world renowned faculty. The whole effort is to set the group part from the rest of the crowd. ISB YLP is a sort of catalyst to enable the candidates approach their career in a structured fashion and thereby give a momentum to their professional growth. The YLP programme intends to select a group of young achievers from around the globe. The eligibility criterion is that you must be an undergraduate student with exceptional academic or extra-curricular achievements. The candidature can be from any academic stream-arts, science, commerce or others. For getting selected to the YLP, you need to undergo three stages of extensive screening process. During the screening process, you will have to submit the online application including a video of 90 seconds. Upon getting shortlisted, you will be asked to produce your GMAT scores and go through the on-campus selection procedure. The entire process of application happens online and there is no need to submit any physical documents.
The eligibility criteria for admission to YLP include the following. You must be pursuing the final year of your graduation and you must submit all your academic details and achievements till date. The other things that must accompany the application include the details of your extra-curricular interests and accomplishments; a video for 90 seconds; one page resume and an application fee of INR 1,000.
As a participant in the ISB YLP programme, you will need to write assignments for the modules that will be assessed by the faculty for giving individual feedback. For each of the candidates, an evaluation summary is maintained in order to document their growth and specify the scope in front of them for professional growth.
