How to Turn ON and OFF Conversation in Yahoo Mail

Conversations are the threads like a group of the messages which usually have the same subject line and you can access all of them at one place.

Turn on the conversation: You must use the full featured Yahoo Mail to turn on the conversation.

• Log on to the Yahoo Mail.
• Sign-in using your credentials.
• Press the gear like icon and choose settings from it.
• Go to “Viewing email” and check the box.
• Press the “Save” button

Turn off the conversation:  To turn off the conversation follow the steps mentioned above and make sure the “Enable Conversation” is not checked. If you have already enabled it earlier then follow the steps below.

• Log on to the Yahoo Mail.
• Sign-in using your credentials.
• Press the gear like icon and choose settings from it.
• Go to “Viewing email” and uncheck the box.
• Press the “Save” button

Yahoo is completely based on web browser, therefore; you must install the latest version of the browser you frequently use. If the page isn’t loading properly then, press the CTRL Key+ F5 (Function Key)

If none of the above works then clear the cookies, cache and the recent browsing history of the browser before you try again.

Turn on/off conversations in the  iOS app:

• Install the Yahoo Mail App from “App Store”
• Sign-in with your username and the password.
• Press the “Menu” button.
• Tap “Settings”
• Under the message list, slide it right to “TURN ON” the conversation and slide it left to “TURN OFF” the conversation.
• Press or Tap the “Done” button to finish.

Turn on/off conversations in Android app:

• Install the Yahoo Mail App from “Play Store”
• Sign-in with your username and the password.
• Press the “Mail” icon.
• Scroll down and choose “Settings”
• Slide the conversation slider to the right to turn it on, or left to turn it off.
