You have so many doctors,Doctors recommend eating by blood type Articles experts, researchers, scientists, nutrition experts and dieticians telling you almost everyday through the media what to consume and what not to consume. Sometimes they take individual specifications in account such as suggesting so and so food for those with diabetes or what people suffering from blood pressure problems should avoid. However, majority of the time, their suggestions and recommendations are quite vague, general and unreal for people to take seriously.

There are numerous popular diets which suggest people to eat in certain ways and one of the more specific ones is the blood type diet. This diet recommends people to follow blood type eat habits, which means that one ought to consume as per the requirements of one’s blood group.

These blood type eat patterns are different for varied groups which are divided into 4 basic sections namely, A, B, ABO and O.

Two of the main advocators of eating by blood type, in recent items, are Dr. Peter D’Adamo who wrote extensively about promoting this diet in his book, Eat Right 4 Your Type and Michael Lam, a western trained physician specializing in nutritional and anti-aging medicine. Dr. Lam states that this diet is the restoration of one’s natural genetic rhythm and it is really helpful as one is able to follow a clear, logical, scientifically researched plan based on their individual cellular profile.

There are billions of people on this earth. But nature’s ways are pretty unique and fact is stranger than fiction. This can be seen from the fact that each individual’s genetic make-up is unique, but at the same time there is a common thread between people. This common thread is the blood group, owing to which every person shares something in common with their ancestors of yore, and the same characteristics that make up a particular group have been handed down from one generation to the next. Due to this background of genetic heritage, differences have been seen in people with varied blood types. The O category people have different characteristics than A category folks and vice versa.

Those people belonging to the O category are the prime meat eaters and have the oldest group in the world. This is probably because the Cro-Magnon man had little to no access to fruits and vegetables as he hadn’t yet discovered cultivation and farming. Thus he made do mostly with meat and his type evolved to be O. Type A persons have low levels of hydrochloric acid and alkaline phosphatase but high amounts of a digestive enzyme called intestinal disaccharide owing to which they are not able to digest animal protein with ease. Their body however, is well adjusted to tackle problems that carbohydrates bring along. A mainly vegetarian diet best suits those people belonging to the A category. The food they consume must be pure, organic and as fresh as possible. These people ought to limit their caffeine and sugar intake to a bare minimum and stay away from crowded places. Eating by blood type is a good idea and can help us ward away health ailments.
