Have your child diagnosed for illnesses that may be causing the tiredness. Helpful tests include blood tests and urine tests. You can also help your child by helping him regulate his sleep. Tell your child to let go of his game consoles or the computer several minutes before bed time. Children need longer time for sleeping than adults so they should always sleep early at night. Lastly, provide your kids the proper nutrition that they need to stay healthy.
