Below are some of the things you can consider doing to have a more energized life.
Have a simple water therapy. According to studies, splashing water on the face while one is stressed is effective in reducing stress and tiredness. This simple water therapy is said to increase one’s energy because water is known as a refreshing thing. So the next time you are feeling stressed and worn out, wash that tiredness away with some water and feel refreshed. 
Dress up. It might sound weird to dress up when you are mentally strained but believe it or not, it helps in reducing tiredness and stress. Whenever you feel sluggish, take out that wonderful dress or polo shirt from your closet and wear it. Then look at the mirror and fix yourself. According to studies, people feel more energized when they dress up because they feel more confident about themselves. Dressing up will give you a more encouraging feeling to go on with your tasks and solve your problems. Dressing up and receiving compliments from others will also make you happier and boost your self-esteem. Therefore, you will feel less tired throughout the day.
Be true and say what you feel. When you are not feeling good about something, let it all out. Pent-up anger and frustration will just add to your mental strain if you keep everything to yourself. Clean your area. Sometimes, a messy place adds to tiredness and mental strain. This is because when a place is messy, the mind becomes confused as well. You will always have that urge to clean but you do not want to because you do not know where to start and then you will start becoming frustrated. Messy places overwhelm people so be sure to tidy up your place once in a while.
