The back pain, the limited choice of clothing, ah! Big breasts sure are a menace for those who have it. But, there is only worry as long as you don't know how to go about reducing them. Take Less Fat
If you don't already know, here is something: as you grow older, your breasts become more of fat than of the parts that make a mammary gland. So, stop eating fatty food already, if you must reduce breast size. If your diet is dense with fat, cut it down by consuming fruits and leafy vegetables that are full of nutrients and have little tolerance to fat. Besides, they are yummy.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services suggests that each serving of food be less than 400 calories. You can easily find these details up on the nutrition label of any food product.
Grab Smarter Snacks
You can't always be eating meals and therefore, snacks are indispensable no matter how hard you try to cut on their intake. Avoid cookies, chips, ice cream and fast food etc items in between your meals. They are full of fat. Do not fall for the "baked chips" advertisements running across foil wrappers. DO NOT! You could instead munch on dairy products and veggies that will give you your daily requirement of essential nutrients.
Exercise
Exercises are the quickest resolves to curvy breasts. We mean, just the way you want. Perform at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise every day. Such exercises will not only burn calories and use them up as energy but also remove excess body fat that will eventually lead to reduced breast size. Some of the activities include running, cycling, step aerobics, swimming, jumping rope and many more things. If the exercises seem too easy to try, just increase the pace. Challenge yourself!
Push-ups are also a great way of reducing the size of your breasts. Push-ups tone the chest muscles. Start on the hands and toes with the back levelled against the floor. Now, lower your body towards the ground and bring yourself back up. Repeat this 11 to 14 times. If you cannot complete a push-up, stand on your hands and knees.
