These techniques have been approved by the FDA, but the studies done were not with large study groups, and the results were not conclusive with everyone finding that the products worked for them.

Taking this into consideration, you will want to look at all of your options before going through with any medical procedures or do-it-yourself procedures. There are risks with getting surgical liposuction, but some of the risks really depend on your current health. If you are in good shape and take care of your body, then you might not have any major side effects. Having surgery is always serious, but with so much new technology today, it is a good time to go through with something like this.
