Basic rules that you should know if you want to lose some weight.

Here I will write about my personal experience and believes .First of all losing weight involve changing your habits. It is not enough to take a diet, you will lose weight, but after the diet you will regain the lost weight, and even more. And many diets are not healthy.So what's the secret?Basically there is no secret you just have to be .The rules:
  • 1 Eat regular meals, at precise hours! Regular meals have the role to tell your body that food is assured, that it dose not have to make supplies in fat. You should be very rigid about this rule. If your dinner is at 8 then it should always start at eight o'clock, no sooner not later, or this rule will have no effect.
  • 2 Eat slowly. Well, this is hard... How to eat slowly?
There are several methods. My favorite one is: chew thirty times before swallowing! muhahaha, let see you now :)Chewing many times is good for your health too, especially if you are a raw meat eater.
  • 3 Between the meals, do not eat anything! Because one chocolate and another chocolate and a chocolate, and some chips and something, something can make a whole new meal, or even two. Maybe some light fruits would be O.K. (like apples, oranges; no bananas :p )
  • 4 Drink lots of water. No juice or soda!
  • 5 Make regular exercises. See this: if you make two push-ups per day, in one year you will have some hundreds. If not, try to recuperate it in one weak! Imagine if you would make seven per day...
  • 6 Go to the toilette as often as it should. -> funniest rule...
