My first tip is a very basic thing you can do. All you have to do is roll onto your side as you sleep and it stops you from snoring. Most people that snore are lying flat on their back. This causes gravity to pull tissue into the airways that starts to vibrate. Rolling onto your side opens up the airways. What you can do is sew a tennis ball into the back of your t-shirt and wear that to bed. It becomes impossible to roll onto your back when you sleep and hence solves the problem.
Another one of my tips to stop snoring forever is a chin strap. When you go to sleep, your muscles go to sleep too. That means they go loose and it actually causes your jaw to go loose too. A loose jaw actually puts pressure on the throat area and narrows the airway. A chin strap will hold up the jaw and keep the airways open, which stops the snoring problem.
