they cannot help themselves in gaining weight. If you are one of these boys, know that it is normal with some people and tell that to those who make fun of you even by suggestion.
Some tips for boys to gain weight are:
1. Eat a lot – You have no chance of gaining weight unless you eat well. You need to eat more but this does not you can eat as much of fatty and oily food as you like. If you do this, it will make you feel sluggish and lethargic throughout the day. You do not want to gain a paunch by gaining weight but have healthy muscle mass. For this, you must have high calorie foods but those that are rich in protein, carbs and healthy fats. Some foods rich in carbohydrates are beans, yams, breads, pasta, rice, potatoes, banana and oatmeal. Protein rich foods include steaks, milk, legume and cottage cheese. Foods rich in healthy fat are nuts, avocados, olive oil, flax oil and peanut butter.
2. Know when to eat – You must overhaul your eating schedule if you want to gain weight fast. Very often, people are able to gain weight just by changing their eating schedule. You should eat every 2-3 hours and make sure you are eating at most half an hour after waking up. And remember; do not eat just a bowl of cornflakes.
3. Have a heavy breakfast – Having a heavy breakfast is important to your efforts of weight gain. Have piranhas, yoghurt, fruits and a glass of milk or a slice of cheese. However, you need to have more of water to so that this bulk of food gets easily digested.
4. Other than food, you also need to have health drinks such as protein shakes in order to ensure that you build muscle mass when working out. If you have protein shakes for two times in a day, and also have protein biscuits, it would ensure that your protein intake is right. You can choose from plenty of varieties available from health food stores to keep having the protein biscuits.
