Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints' Day. However, it is not really a church holiday; it is a holiday for children mainly.

Every autumn, when the vegetables are ready to eat, children pick large orange pumpkins. Then they cut faces in the pumpkins and put a burning candle inside. It looks as if there were a person looking out of the pumpkin! These lights are called jack-o'-lanterns, which mean "Jack of the lantern".

The children also put on strange masks and frightening costumes every Halloween. Some children paint their faces to look like monsters. Then they carry boxes or bags from house to house. Every time they come to a new house, they say, “Trick or treat! Money or eat!" The grown-ups put treat-money or candy in their bags.

Not only children, but most grown-ups also love Halloween and Halloween parties because on this day, they can disguise themselves as personages or ghost as their imaginations will lead them. This brings them the satisfaction of being young.

The Halloween of this year had passed for one week. Are you still excited with the activities or the various masks? I believe that in most people’s hearts, the Halloween has left you good impression; however, it has left an embarrassing experience for the Michael.

It is reported that Michael is a 29 years old, and he is the staff of a telephone call center in Manchester city, UK. In this Halloween evening, Michael had participated in the Halloween carnival party together with his good friends, and they all put on various masks. They were so happy that they had drunk much alcohol, and then Michael’s friends had made an unacceptable joke on him. When Michael got off his mask, and went to the washing room, his friends spread his mask with the strong glue soundlessly. Michael did not know that his friends had made joke on him, so he put on the mask without any doubt. Then some unexpected tragedy happened.

Michael’s faces were glued with the mask tightly, so he can not get off the mask. He has to go to the hospital to solve this embarrassing situation. Unfortunately, after the diagnosed of the doctors, they told Michael that they were unable to help him to get off the mask as the glue is so strong. If they forced to get it off, then the Michael’s faces will be hurt. And now the safest way is just waiting for the glue to be degradation and gradually become invalid. The Halloween has passes for a week, but Michael still wears the mask, and the mask has brought great inconvenience to him. He can not open his mouth completely, so he can only suck the food with the straw. Sincerely hope that he can get off the mask as soon as possible.
