The easiest way to generate leads for you MLM business is by leveraging on other people’s high traffic blog. Here’s how you can do it.
Did you know that when you post comments on other people’s blogs you can drive traffic to your own network marketing website and increase your number of prospects at the same time?
Sound too good to be true? Read on…
People love it when you post comments on their blogs. Whether it is a positive comment or a negative comment you can still get lots of traffic to your blog as a result of raising controversial issues or expressing your opinion in a forceful way.
There are two main types of situation where people post comments:
(1) Many people just post comments ‘naturally’,
which is when they want to engage in a conversation or express their own opinion, be visible to other blog readers and sometimes to get people to visit their website through their name (which is a link to their website).
Occasionally, people abuse this method by posting poor or pointless comments only to facilitate their own interests by publishing their links. These type of comments are generally frowned upon, but good comments will be noticed by other readers and this often results in additional traffic.
(2) The second reason behind comments posts is to get the page rank juice from them. For most Wordpress sites, there is a default ‘no-follow’ tag – this means that the links do not pass on the ranking juice. A lot of other blogs out there have a ‘do-follow’ tag – like Squidoo or other platforms. By commenting on these blogs, your site’s page rank will increase.
So which sites are worth commenting on? Here are some ways to find sites where you can comment:
Do a Google search and look for the keyword ‘network marketing blog’ or ‘MLM blog’. The term network marketing or MLM blog can be replaced by other network marketing company names such as – Forever Living, Zrii, Xango, Amway, or others. As long as you search for active blogs, these will be the best kind of platforms for you to comment on.
When you go someone’s blog, make sure you give constructive comments or advice. Whatever you do, don’t spam them by commenting; “Great Post! Meanwhile, check out my network marketing opportunity…” This is the worst way to start a conversation and is frowned upon. People will probably remove your comment entirely from the blog. Introduce yourself properly first, and don’t pitch your business opportunity the very first time you meet someone – wait until you have built up a rapport.
Begin and follow up a healthy discussion comparing network marketing products. One example is how you can generate more leads etc. There are loads of ways you can engage in a healthy discussion, and after posting a few good comments, people will take notice of you (most likely as a regular commenter) and will visit your own blog to find out what you are all about. The key here is to take time to build relationships and trust between different blog readers.
It is possible to outsource the blog commenting tasks to others by paying them a fee to do so. This is also viable but you must make sure that the person who is commenting is properly reflecting your personality and passion – you don’t want them to misrepresent you!
