As per latest world news,Major Artillery Facts of the World Articles “World is at War”. Countries are spending a lot of money in building battle formation. The stats show that world spends approximately $1000 billion annually on military. Also, a few states are capable of nuclear warheads to prove the superiority among others. Every year the U.S. Congressional Research Service releases an authoritative report looking at arms and ammunitions traded to developing countries. This report provides an insight into where these arms are being supplied.  Participation of other non-traditional suppliers such as Israel, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine has increased in past years. This has become a matter of concern for other countries as now each country is in either preparation of war or is trying to defend itself from war possibilities. International news has been continuously displaying how even small countries are engaged in developing their military bases with latest arms and missile technologies. Nations in the developing world continue to be the primary focus of foreign arms sales activity by conventional weapons suppliers. During the years 2004-2011, the value of arms transfer agreements with developing nations comprised 68.6% of all such agreements worldwide. More recently in global news, arms transfer agreements with developing nations constituted 79.2% of all such agreements globally from 2008-2011, and 83.9% of these agreements in 2011-12. China also proved itself an important arms supplier to provide weaponry when other major suppliers waging war.Although, the global total in weapons sales in 2011 was especially high due primarily to the unusually large agreements value of the U. S. contracts with Saudi Arabia. The Euro-zone financial crisis and the slow international recovery from the recession of 2008 have generally limited defense purchases. Concerns over their domestic budget problems have led many purchasing nations to limit purchase of new major weapons systems. While, international news is focused on the need to control weapons of mass destruction, the trade in conventional weapons continues to operate. More and more countries have started producing small and mid-level arms. As known, arms industry suffers from widespread corruption and bribes. Thus, there is always possibility of arms getting into wrong hands, which is a concern of international security issues.
