a. Plan some games or fun activities.  One fun activity is to let everyone bring their baby picture and write their names at the back, collect them all and put it on an easel board.  You can have you r first, second and third winners for those who will be able to recognize somebody from the picture. 
e. Decided if liquor is going to be served or it’s going to be free from the bar.  There are lots of companies who do not allow alcoholic drinks during the party, double check on your company’s policies.  Christmas party is one of the most highlighted events in a year you can make it a successful and memorable just by following the tips above as your guide.
