If you are looking for top quality and are happy to pay top price, look no further than the HP iPAQ 211 Enterprise Handheld (210 Series) this little beauty is a serious contender to the netbook market. Retailing at a little under $400, this is a serious purchase, but is an awesome handheld business machine. The 4 inch full color touch screen is ideal to browse around the full windows operating system. It also benefits from having the windows media player to enable the user to watch videos as well as play music.
