Joel Marion stumbled onto this fact totally by accident. You will enjoy it totally, because it is different from anything you have been on in the past.
This diet is for people that are overweight and would like to see results fast and want to leave the weight off forever. You know who you are! You bend over and you have to come up for air. You have that tickling cough that seems to not go away. Your wife moans about your excessive snoring, guess what that most people stop snoring once they have lost enough weight. The lower ends of you legs are always a red colour been the start of circulation problems. You may even have gout, the pain in your joints or your feet that you cannot walk on sometimes. I have been there, and have the t-shirt as they say.
Are you serious about losing weight? If you are this is for you. You will not starve on this diet.
