In order for a person to be happy and to be healthy they have to consider all aspects of what it takes to make up a human being in total.

In order for a person to be happy and to be healthy they have to consider all aspects of what it takes to make up a human being. We are flesh and bone filled with many different complicated organs compromised of many different complicated cells. This is our body and we have to take care of our body by feeding it the proper diet that it needs,Personal Happiness Articles and giving it an adequate amount of exercise and rest so that it can perform the many different tasks we will ask of it. We have to keep our body healthy and fit and we tend to it anytime illness threatens to make it feel bad.

Our spirit is also a large part of the human being. Who we are is made up of our mind body and spirit. Our body houses the organs that keep us living and able to perform duties here on earth but our body is not who we are it is merely a shell like the shell on the tortoise that houses it. When we die and leave this earth we leave the body behind. What leaves is the true essence of who we are and that is our spirit and our soul. Our spirit is what attracts our true friends to us because people that truly love us see deeper than our body and they see the spirit we harbor inside. Our spirit is where our goodness and our love and generosity are kept. The body can feel feelings but cannot actually keep them or reproduce them and the mind can consider the feelings of love, generosity, and goodness but it cannot make them happen. These types of characteristics are part of the essence of who we really are. Our spirit needs food every bit as much as our body does. The spirit must be fed with love, hope, and understanding to keep it from becoming broken and abandoned.

Our mind is also a key part of the human being. The mind is where we store all of the information we gather so that we can process it and take better care of our spirit and our body. Our mind is our logical self that goes beyond just what the bodily functions do and what the spirit feels. It cautions us to not be too hasty when we start to do things and it helps to protect the other parts of our being from harm. Our mind needs food just like our body does. We have to feed our minds with information and not just fill them up with senseless bits and pieces. We must prepare our mind to be able to work for us.

Mind body and spirit work together to create the being that you are.
