How to manage Virtual memory of computer?

Most of the people are unaware about the VIRTUAL MEMORY and its importance. Virtual memory is the portion of hard drive a computer uses when the available RAM is not able to fulfill the needs of user. ·         In the “Advanced System Settings” click on the Advanced tab, and under the Performance click on the “Settings” button.

·         Now again click on the Advanced tab and then under the Virtual memory, then select Change button.

·         Then clear the check box “Automatically manage paging file size for all drives” and select a specific drive which you want to assign as virtual memory. 

·         Then click on the Custom Size and write the amount of memory in megabytes which you want to assign as virtual memory or paging files.
