Program Details :
· Upon selection the “Fellow” will be on boarded full time for 12 months
· During this program “Fellow” will undergo rigorous On-The-Job training with hands-on experience as a full time Associate
· Reporting to an assigned Supervisor / Leader
· Upon graduation from the program the “Fellow” has an option to join TiE Hyderabad as a full time employee , subject to suitable Vacancy / Role
· The profile of the “Fellow” will be circulated to the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Hubs/Incubators/ Partners of TiE Hyderabad for permanent employment opportunity.
Compensation :
· During the Program Rs 12,500 pm + Travel + Mobile Allowances (up to Rs.3000 pm )
· Upon completion of the Program, Full Time at Remuneration of Rs 20000 pm + other benefits as per Organization Policy
· During the Program, the “Fellow” is expected to adhere to timings & attendance as per Organization policies & flexibility of time schedules
