Mix the flour with the salt, baking powder, dry yeast and sugar. Stir in the water and half of the oil and mix well. Let the dough rise for approx. 1 hour. Knead again and on the baking paper roll out the dough into a sheet the size of the pan. Arrange the paper and paste in the pan. Form the edges. Set the pan aside.
Chop the herbs. Cut the garlic into slices and let it dry for approx. 2 minutes in the remaining oil. Add the tomatoes and half of the chopped herbs. Cook over medium heat for approx. 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grate the cheese with a rösti grater into a bowl. Spread the tomato sauce on the pasta. Spread the cheese and cook the pizza in the centre of the oven for approx. 20 minutes. Cut the pizza into pieces, sprinkle with pepper and the remaining chopped herbs and serve.
