Ghaziabad Development Authority has launched a new housing project with 1BHK and 2BHK flats for all segments of the society. The registration for the scheme will starts from 9 October to 30 November 2015. It is an opportuniity for those people who are looking for a houses in Ghaziabad at low price.

The project is named as GDA Koyal Enclave
This the authority has offering 504 flats of 1BHK and 2BHK Types. The 1BHK unit is available in the super build-up area of 583 square feet while the 2BHK units is available in the super build-up area of 790 square feet. The cost of these units are very low as compared to the market price which can be easily afforded by a person of weaker section. The 1BHK flat is available at the estimated price of Rs. 17.465 lakh while the 2BHK unit is priced at Rs. 23.665 lakh.
The registration for the scheme has not yet started, will starts from upcoming Friday, 9 October 2015 and the registration for the scheme will be opened till 30 November 2015. The authority has offering both the registration modes for the convenience of the application. Applicants can choose any mode of registration for participating in the allotment of flats.
The online registration can be done through the official website of Ghaziabad Development Authority and for offline registration, the application form can be purchased from the bank branches mentioned in the scheme advertisement at the cost of Rs. 500/-.
The project is situated at the best location of Ghaziabad, the proposed site is just 5 minutes away from metro station and 10 minutes distanced from Delhi. The complete details of the GDA Koyal Enclave scheme will be available on the website of GDA from 9 October 2015.
