I know it can be very hard to resist the great foods and to find some time to exercise. In order to get ride of those love handles you are sick of and remove your belly fat you must give up some of your favorite foods and start to exercise. You cannot only diet. You need to do both in order to receive maximum results. If you just diet then you won't see fast results and vise versa for exercising. In order to start by eating 400 less calories then you would normally consume. You should also start with some cardio workouts. The best cardio workouts are: Jogging, walking, jump roping, bicycling, and rock climbing. You can loose up to four pounds a week with just eating 400 calories less then usual and performing one of the cardio exercises listed above 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes to one hour. Another method that works is interval training. Interval training is one of the fastest proven methods to loose your belly fat quickly. The best part about interval training is it allows you to enjoy the benefits of anaerobic activities without having to endure those burning muscles. Now to learn how to perform an interval. We are going to use treadmill interval training as the example, this can be done on a bike, elliptical, etc. Always start with a warm up before interval training. A good warm up would be a brisk walk for 3-5 minutes. Now you are ready for your first interval. For your interval, work hard for one minute. After 60 seconds, you will lessen the intensity to a easy pace for 60-120 seconds. That is one interval, and should be repeated 4-6 times and then followed by a cool down. An interval can be any length, from 5 seconds to 5 minutes, but for fat loss, I generally stick to 30-60 seconds of work followed by 60-120 seconds of rest.
