Kearns still isn’t an official city but is a great place to find a home

Many of the Locals in Kearns take advantage of the Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center.  Amenities include: a fitness room, tennis and basketball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, and much more.  Not too far away is the Utah Olympic Oval where the long-track speed skating events were held in the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.  In the summertime, the facility is open to the public for skating.

With large decreases in home prices, Kearns Real Estate is even more affordable and is averaging sales prices of about $150,000.
