States that are capable of growth but has seen negligence by Government

In India, growth is not the same in all states and depends mostly on the activities of ruling government of the state. With infrastructures been improved all-through the state, more and more investors are getting interested in establishing business in the state. Bihar news showing decrease in crime and corruption rates shows how well the laws are abided in the state. With the young age indulged in such activities the growth of state is nearly on negative side. Cases of drug rackets and supply have now become a common topic in Punjab news. Government though acting unsympathetically on the subject has employed stiff punishments for people found guilty in such activities.
