Run with Determination
Women all agreed that resolution was very important while running. In old days, girls needed to inspire, because they did not have the same feeling as boys. More and more women bounded to break this idea. However, women were different from men. Running could not only make you body strong, but also could decrease your blood pressure. Therefore, let's run together.
Women all agreed with Ogilvie's perspective that we needed determination. It was said by a woman that when she started to run,
she felt good and thought it was quite an enjoyment. Boys were superior to girls in our society, because girls never had the same feeling as boys. But it really demanded for courage. Another woman said that a woman who participated in a competition should win a medal, because she broke the deep-rooted stereotype in people's heart.
The idea was smashed by more and more females. In my home, my younger sister always runs. My wife Alice has run seven miles. There were many women run in Birney Park everyday and Birney Park was under the high-slope in my hometown. Every time I went to work in Manhattan, I would like to run in the Central Park. There are always some women running in a small road around the reservoir.
There were many women took part in running, their purpose was to keep healthy. Orison Otto recollected his memory at the age of 29. She and other women who took part in running also felt another side effect's advantages We would talk it in detail later.
What should women do when they take part in running at the first time. At the beginning of our chapter, it did not have many differences with the running of men. Therefore, the principles outlined in other sections would apply to both men and women. However, because of that women's features on anatomy and physical, also some common danger for women than for men. There are differences between men and women. Women would encounter more trouble than men when they went to buy running clothes. They can not find the suitable breeches. But there almost no shorts that especially made for women so far. Men's similar running shorts could buy in tennis stores. But the price was a little expensive. In order to solve this problem, women would wear swimming trunks in summer.
