Oversleeping can also give the feeling of unproductiveness which can lead to frustration and depression. Be sure that when you sleep, you always have the right amount of sleep which ranges from 7 to 10 hours per night.
The third possible cause is disrupted sleep or sleep fragmentation. This is caused by constantly waking up in the middle of sleep due to several reasons. There are different things that can disturb your sleep. One thing is light. Most people are sensitive to light. Some are too sensitive that even lights from mobile phones can wake them up. If you do not want to be disturbed when sleeping, make sure that your room is dim to dark. This will help your body know that it is time to sleep.
